Service terms for Sage Wireless wireless plans and features.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Brand & Operator Disclosure: Sage Wireless by Larry Elder ("Sage Wireless") is a brand operated by USA Mobile, LLC ("USA Mobile"), a Nevada limited liability company, in partnership with Larry Elder. These policies, disclosures, and terms are issued by USA Mobile, LLC and govern your use of the Sage Wireless website and wireless services.

1. Service Provider & Network

Sage Wireless service is provided by USA Mobile, LLC on the AT&T network. Coverage and service quality vary. Service may not be available in all areas at all times.

2. Eligibility & Activation

Service requires a compatible device and successful activation. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain your account in good standing.

3. Plans, Renewals & Payment

Plans are generally prepaid and renewed on a monthly cycle. You authorize charges for your selected plan and any add-ons. Taxes/fees may apply.

4. Data Usage & Speeds

High-speed data is provided up to your plan's allotment. After you use your high-speed data allotment, speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the billing cycle. Network management practices, congestion, and prioritization may affect speeds and performance.

5. Hotspot / Tethering

If hotspot is included, hotspot data draws from your plan's data allotment unless stated otherwise.

6. International Calling & Roaming

International calling may be included for eligible destinations. International roaming is available through add-on packages where offered. Rates and availability may change.

7. Number Porting (Keep Your Number)

To transfer a number, you must provide correct porting details (account number, transfer PIN, etc.). Do not cancel your existing service until porting is complete.

8. Acceptable Use

Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity can result in suspension or termination.

9. Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, fraud, abuse, or policy violations, consistent with applicable law.

10. Refunds

Unless required by law, service purchases are generally non-refundable. See Refund & Return Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Sage Wireless services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
