AutoPay Terms

How recurring payments work for Sage Wireless service.

Brand & Operator Disclosure: Sage Wireless by Larry Elder ("Sage Wireless") is a brand operated by USA Mobile, LLC ("USA Mobile"), a Nevada limited liability company, in partnership with Larry Elder. These policies, disclosures, and terms are issued by USA Mobile, LLC and govern your use of the Sage Wireless website and wireless services.

AutoPay is an optional billing feature that automatically charges your selected payment method for your Sage Wireless monthly plan (and certain add-ons, if selected), so your service stays active without manual payments.

How AutoPay Works

  • When AutoPay is enabled, you authorize USA Mobile to charge your saved payment method on or around your plan renewal date.
  • Your monthly charge typically includes your plan price plus applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges (if any).
  • AutoPay may also apply to eligible add-ons you choose during checkout or in your account (e.g., international roaming packages, data top-ups).

Payment Authorization

By enabling AutoPay, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel AutoPay or your account is closed. The amount may vary based on your plan, add-ons, taxes, fees, or promotional changes.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment is not successfully completed, your service may be suspended or interrupted until payment is received.

Canceling AutoPay

You can disable AutoPay in your account at any time before your renewal date. Disabling AutoPay prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel your service. If you disable AutoPay, you are responsible for making on-time payments to avoid service interruption.
