Brand & Operator Disclosure: Sage Wireless by Larry Elder ("Sage Wireless") is a brand operated by USA Mobile, LLC ("USA Mobile"), a Nevada limited liability company, in partnership with Larry Elder. These policies, disclosures, and terms are issued by USA Mobile, LLC and govern your use of the Sage Wireless website and wireless services.
Sage Wireless is currently a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) service. Our primary physical item is typically a SIM kit (if you choose a physical SIM). We want you to have a smooth experience, and we'll always help troubleshoot activation and service issues.
Service Plan Purchases (Prepaid)
Unless required by law, plan charges are generally non-refundable once purchased or once service has started for the billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support.
SIM Kits
- Unopened / unused SIM kits may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened or activated SIMs are generally not eligible for return.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided if your return is approved.
Charge Disputes
If you believe there is an unauthorized charge, contact support promptly at support@sagewireless.com.

- Email/phone on the order
- Reason for request
- Photos (if relevant)
