Brand & Operator Disclosure: Sage Wireless by Larry Elder ("Sage Wireless") is a brand operated by USA Mobile, LLC ("USA Mobile"), a Nevada limited liability company, in partnership with Larry Elder. These policies, disclosures, and terms are issued by USA Mobile, LLC and govern your use of the Sage Wireless website and wireless services.

If you choose a physical SIM, we'll ship your SIM kit to the address you provide at checkout.

If you choose eSIM (and your device supports it), there's nothing to ship—your eSIM will be delivered electronically. You can activate by logging into your account and following the on-screen steps, and/or you'll receive activation instructions by email.

Processing Time

Orders typically process within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 business days after processing (timing varies by location).

Tracking

When available, tracking details will be emailed to you once the order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
